The Story Behind this Experience.
After making a name for myself, building out a team, and scaling my online healing and coaching business to multi-six figures in less than 2 years, I thought I was on the road to making millions, being a best-selling author and living my best international life.
Instead, I found myself frustrated, a very sort fuse easily irritated and annoyed, and unable to show up as the leader, CEO, fiancé or mother I knew myself to be. It felt like I’d hit a glass ceiling in my life and business and I didn’t even know when it happened, nor how to move out of being completely depleted to change the trajectory of my path.
After applying all the tools I’d mastered over the years, taking a six month sabbatical and falling into debt, I realized a vacation, a relocation, applying new strategies, nor business model change (aka more doing) was the answer.
A shift in my energy body and identity were.
As an ancestral healer, guide and CEO with over 10 years experience, I’ve broken countless family, cultural and gender-specific patterns around scarcity and sabotage. Yet, I completely missed the two greatest ancestral patterns of survival I inherited from my maternal lineage: being a martyr for the greater good of others, and giving out of little resource or reciprocity.
Once I realized how significantly this identity and energetic programming was impacting my life and business in the subtlest of ways and way beyond “having better boundaries”, I knew it was something I needed to share with other high achieving women who desire to no longer give, do, or effort from a place of mis-aligned energy and self-abandonment, no matter how good it all looked from the outside.
