I’ve been doing personal growth, ancestral healing and generational pattern breaking work since I was a kid—and I’m not kidding.
It looked different in different chapters of my journey, and it’s required me to make some really tough decisions along the way, but it’s TOTALLY BEEN WORTH IT.
What I know to be incredibly true is that our patterns are not only our own.
And also that death isn’t the end of our life…just the end of our physical existence.
TRUE CHANGE AND MANIFESTATION REQUIRES MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT.
Not just your spirit, but the healing of your ancestors (who are in spirit) so their traumas can lift the blocks in your way, and more lineage resource and blessings can flow to you for what you’re called to do.
You’re literally called to BE THE CHANGE in your lineage. But you can’t do that alone…and not lose your mind (or so it feels) with the grief and fear of being different.
AND THAT’S WHY I’M HERE.
I’m convinced that when we elevate our ancestors instead of hiding from the past with shame and fear, we create so much space and power to stand in truth and create our freedom. All is takes is remembering your birthright to be spiritually connected to higher self, God and your ancestors.
I’ve moved through my whole life listening to my higher self, trusting my spiritual connection, and clearing the way with my ancestors support which has taken me safely into a high paid advertising career (and out), across the world to run healing retreats for women in Bali (and back), and guiding other women to create their freedom with my multi-six figure healing business (right now).
I’ve broken patterns relating to trust, intimacy, relationship and marriage, sisterhood, confidence, sex (yes to orgasms!), self-sabotage, race relations, work ethics, MONEY and so much…and I’m just getting started.
How I Work

First submit your application and be very honest. Only me and my trusted team see it so no sense of holding back if you want to breakout of these patterns!
Once received, I’ll reach out to invite you to a consultation call.
There, we’ll spend 40 mins or so connecting so I can get a better idea of what’s going on mentally, spiritually, emotionally and behaviorally. We both get super clear on what you want and what you perceive the blocks or patterns are.
I’ll share with you what I think we can do together, the practice and spiritual plan ahead, and what’s needed along the way. Every client’s story and ancestral narratives are different, but we all have the same core, human wounding, so I’m assessing the energies of your spirit and your ancestors’ spirits as we’re connecting.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to do anything, just share and be present in the conversation!
While working together, you’ll be doing both mindset and coaching work, and working spiritual integration techniques and tools. So make no mistake, this year together is going to require your commitment (not perfection, just commitment).
We’ll meticulously work on each of your family linages (your have 4 main bloodlines—mother’s mother, mother’s father, father’s father and father’s mother) elevating, healing and working their blessings and support into your life, while identifying and clearing core traumas stopping you from being the change.

Ancestral healing is the practice and lifestyle of honoring those who came before us because we know their lives, energy and decisions affect us today.
There are many modalities and ways into ancestral healing. I personally work in several designed to transform the energy of your dead relatives from hurtful and heavy, to loving and supportive.
When we do ancestral healing, we're able to heal core ancestral traumas that have been passed on psychologically, epigenetically and through learned behavior so that you can embody the change you want to see in your life with more ease.

While I am a certified life coach, well trained ancestral healer and ritualist, I am NOT a licensed therapist or medical professional. Please seek medical help and approval first. I'm happy to also speak with you to determine your ability to begin work with me.
Take clients who aren't yet ready to “Do The Work” (p.s. the work is actually easy in my method)
You can uncover, rework and thrive in creating and living the life that you most desire. I'm here to help you uncover the spiritual connections, ancestral patterns and programming holding you back and to inspire, assist, strategize and help you execute change into reality. However, I can't do the work for you (I've got my own :)
So, consider if you're really ready to hold yourself accountable as well — as the saying goes, you can lead the horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
Give Readings, Advice or Assign Action Plans
Your work is a Journey. So is mine. The work we will do together is a joint effort. Which means, I am your guide and a tool to assist you in your process — but I am not your lifeline, heavy lifter or savior. I won't tell you what you should do, but I will ask the difficult questions to unearth areas you may not see that lead to insights, spiritual reconnection and new behaviors.
I will open the portals of communication and guide you to healing with your ancestors, but I can't (and won't) do the work for you.
Following certain sessions and packages, I will summarize items we uncovered and tools discussed to support your activation and integration process.
Violate your personal privacy or share personal information
I will always hold our conversations and sessions, and your life / family in deep, sacred space and will never share any personally identifiable aspects of them online, in conversation or elsewhere, especially without your direct written approval.
You have an advocate and trusted resource in me, and I don't take that lightly.

Yes — I glean my passion for inspiring, motivating and holding clients accountable in their spiritual, personal and business development by first (and always) living and working through my own life and personal challenges. By all means, I most certainly don't consider myself to be a guru, but I am a living expert at breaking generational patterns that keep us stuck and less fulfilled and free.
However, I've learned a lot by aggressively living outside my comfort zone and deciding to live life in respect to myself, Earth and the power I believe we all have. And for the record for those it matters to, I am a certified life coach.

After you submit an application, we'll have a consultation call, then pay your package fee. We'll schedule our sessions on a recurring day and time of the week. Sessions are held on Zoom.
In your consultation we'll determine what topic(s) you want to work on and what's inhibiting you from tapping in and moving forward in your life. Sessions are up to 1 hour in length and all session have "homework" following.
