When I started the program I was struggling to trust myself…because I was comparing my process to others and to what media/movies describe…instead of sinking into what it was they [ancestors and higher self] were actually showing me. This journey was both ancestral work and personal work around seeing myself and higher self as these two intertwined things impacting each other—the more ancestral work I did, the more personal, and the more personal the more ancestral—and using that as a form of coming back into relationship with trust.

My relationship with my man, my money, my vulnerability, how I see myself, my role in my family unit, how I take risks, how I take care of myself…there were SO MANY shifts that took place throughout ELEVATE, it’s difficult to single them out because they were all related and tied to one another, yet it all seemed to unfold in my favor as we moved through the program. Creating the life (and as a result legacy) you dream of lies in honoring and healing your lineage patterns inside you that make you play small, doubt yourself and conform to less than your desires. These are the ghosts we don’t see but are hidden in plain sight: the knee-jerk responses we have, the unexplainable fear that’s feel beyond childhood wounds, the impossible to ignore family pattern you see yourself slowly repeating by not creating and living your truth.

Instead of healing patterns and trusting ourselves, we’ve been taught that creating our dream life and being a generational pattern breaker is done by focusing our efforts on all these areas of life outside of ourselves to make life better: Learning finances. Getting fit. Taking parenting classes. The next promotion. Making more sales to scale the business. Learning to dress the part. Showing up for others. Dating and courtship lessons…
We’ve turned becoming the woman of our dreams into a checklist of classes to take and skills to master, instead of stepping into the alchemical and initiatory process of aligning our whole lives to the powers and presence God and our greatest ancestors already gave us AS OUR BIRTHRIGHT.

In many facets of my life I rushed. Even to complete my sentences. I rushed to come to conclusions which left me to be very indecisive. Ash is an amazing leader and guide who whole heartedly poured so much intention into the container, Elevate. She is both grounded and ethereal. I loved connecting to an ancestor that was ancient and elevated, something that I have never been able to do before on my own. I loved feeling supported from both her and the community she called in. I loved the way Ash balances receiving support from her and receiving support from our peers. The sisterhood I felt was so deep yet super playful. What Ash taught me was so much deeper than strategy. I loved the ancestral healing calls for sure inside ELEVATE!! My favorite thing about Elevate Mastermind was the intentionality and coaching style of Ash. I truly believe in holding communal space by allowing room for the voices of each person present is a vital part of their gifts taking root by being recognized, celebrated and valued. Ash does that amazingly. During my time in ELEVATE mastermind, I learned the importance of embodying and becoming the version of what I wanted in my own life through relationships with family and friends. Previously, I allowed my trauma to take front seat of how I viewed certain relationships vs going deeper into how that trauma showed up in my life affecting the dynamics within relationships I did not want. I feel like I have finally arrived to a place where I HAVE BECOME in myself, in my community through my business, and in my personal life. Highly successful women are usually the pioneers in our families.
We carry the heavy crown as the first, only, eldest or different who stepped into uncharted waters to achieve what hadn't been achieved before...only to feel unfulfilled, unclear and not loved nearly as much as we desire (later) in life. And by later I mean right now—in our prime, as we’re approaching the most creative years of our lives or settling into mid-life.
It's after we achieve, gain and get what we think we want out of life that we begin to feel heavy with decision fatigue, pioneer exhaustion and action paralysis as we ask ourselves the daunting question "Is this it? Is this what my life is really about?"
It's there that we begin comparing ourselves and lives to others because we're sensing the call for change yet we don't see anyone living—but really feeling—how you desire to live and feel. With all your knowing, smarts and intellect, you get stuck in the illusions of success and don't even realize it. It's there that you begin to question (and/or ignore) the signs pointing you to change. You see the secret desires of our heart at next level / new chapter as a threat to the life you've already built instead of an initiatory opportunity.

I have never done ancestral work before and would never have known where to start. Since being in the program I have been able to connect with my ancestors on my own and this has given me a new sense of courage, belonging and understanding that I am never alone. I feel more able to speak from my heart space than I was before. I am developing a sense of safety between my inner masculine and feminine so that both feel able to support each other and be expressed. I specifically worked on the relationship between my mind and my heart in both coaching and the ancestral realm and although this will be ongoing, the initiation of this work within the programme was a significant shift for me; seeing that it is both about me and ancestral. I have also seen that I am a loving person and I long for connection with other humans as well as my self. This sounds like a small thing but for me it isn't. I knew that I was loving but I didn't always feel able to show it. During this programme I felt held and safe and able to love on other people whilst also receiving it from them myself. The support to reeaallly go for it, in all areas of life, was so deeply transformative. I was navigating so many changes and challenges when I joined Elevate and having this community (and the longer term commitment) really saw me through to profound growth that I was unsure I would reach. Big shifts for me: Committing to a new lifestyle of becoming a digital nomad and traveling to ancestral lands, while also staying committed to this work and healing, was huge! I am really proud of myself for not settling by picking one or the other but really going for it all! I’ve carried many different titles over the years (consultant, researcher, strategist, certified psycho-spiritual life coach and ancestral healer), but these days I most identify as a Life & Lineage Leadership Guide and Mentor to First Generation Ambitious Women who desire more out of life and find themselves at the crossroads navigating the intersection of modernism and traditionalism.

Weeks 1 and 2 will require at ~2 hours each week for Pod Calls. Weeks 3 are flexible as workshops scheduled run up to 2 hours. Week 4 is all yours to rest, integrate and reflect. All calls, workshops and teachings will be recorded so you can always catch the replays. At most, you're committing to ~6 hours a month, plus your personal integration time.
Many people who come into ancestral healing want to connect with a specific ancestor. However, ancestral healing is a tool for supportive healing and you want the spirits who will support you in that journey. Grandma Mary who you remember from her time on Earth may not have all the knowledge you need at the moment.
